Keys to a Happy Heart: Finding Joy Through Cherishing Others
In this special series of meditation classes, we will learn and practice simple yet profoundly beneficial meditations that empower us to generate feelings of peace, joy, and loving kindness toward others whenever we wish. These meditations bring great happiness and meaning into our life and have a beneficial influence on our interactions and relationships with others. These classes are open to everyone.
This is a hybrid event, so you can join in on the fun in person or from the comfort of your own home. In-person capacity is limited, so reserve your spot now! Virtual attendees will receive detailed information on how to participate via Zoom once they reserve a spot. The Art of Mindfulness is a three-part meditation series that can be purchased individually or together.
