Refresh your aura and bathe in the serene light of Phillip K. Smith III’s Three Parallels as Gen Kelsang Tabkay guides you in a meditation that teaches you to let go of stress and empowers you to generate feelings of authentic inner peace and joy. Take a moment for yourself; you deserve it! 

Please wear something warm and comfy, and bring a yoga mat if you prefer to lie down as you meditate. To make your experience extra cozy, bring your favorite blanket, a little pillow, and an eye mask. Tickets are limited for this intimate experience, so reserve your spot now.

 

About Meditation  

Suitable for everyone, these meditation sessions offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds, and find the lasting happiness we seek.

Each class includes guided meditation, a practical teaching, and an opportunity to ask questions.

Glow Up @SMoCA is a new series advocating for self-care and supporting wellness. It features sound baths, meditation, and mindful movement inside the light-based exhibition Phillip K. Smith III: Three Parallels. Each session will be led by skilled practitioners, who will guide you through meditative techniques. Join us, and take a breather in the tranquil atmosphere of Three Parallels!

Gen Kelsang Tabkay is a Kadampa Buddhist monk and the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Phoenix. Gen Tabkay presents Buddhism and meditation in an accessible and clear way, dedicating himself to bringing peace into the hearts of others.
