Refresh your aura and bathe in the serene light of Phillip K. Smith III’s Three Parallels as Nicole L Olson leads you through a mindful movement exercise intended to get your body moving in ways that bring joy, so come move in this fun and free-flowing class! We will twist, bend, wiggle, and stretch through pure movement cues, researching how our personal dancing brings us joy. This class is for everyone; no experience needed! Bring your own groove, and experiment with connecting to your imagination through movement. Take a moment for yourself; you deserve it! 

Please wear something warm and comfy, and bring a yoga mat. Tickets are limited for this intimate experience, so reserve your spot now.

 

About Mindful Movement 

All ages and all levels are welcome to join these sessions that encourage freedom of movement. In the classes you will learn ways to bring awareness to your body and how to channel the joy that movement gives us.

 

About Glow Up @SMoCA 

Glow Up @SMoCA is a new series advocating for self-care and supporting wellness. It features sound baths, meditation, and mindful movement inside the light-based exhibition Phillip K. Smith III: Three Parallels. Each session will be led by skilled practitioners, who will guide you through meditative techniques. Join us, and take a breather in the tranquil atmosphere of Three Parallels!
