This month’s Glow Up is presented by NextGen @ Scottsdale Arts, our young professionals ONE Membership. Gather with peers for a transformative, artful experience during your busy week. Not a NextGen member, no problem! We are delighted to share more information about this unique membership opportunity.
Please wear something warm and comfy, and bring a yoga mat. To make your experience extra cozy, bring your favorite blanket, a little pillow, and an eye mask. Tickets are limited for this intimate experience, so reserve your spot now!
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a form of meditation that allows the listeners to sink into an immersive experience of sounds and vibrations to induce deep relaxation while promoting healing and well-being. Tibetan sound bowls, chimes, and various instruments are used by our sound healing practitioner.

The Glow Up @SMoCA series advocates for self-care and supports wellness. It features sound baths, meditation, and mindful movement inside the light-based exhibition Phillip K. Smith II: Three Parallels, plus a special sound bath in the James Turrell Knight Rise Skyspace to celebrate the winter solstice. Each session will be led by skilled practitioners who will guide you through meditative techniques. Join us, and take a breather in the tranquil atmospheres of Three Parallels and Knight Rise Skyspace!

About Melinda Milton
Melinda Milton, founder of Alora Wellness, has a passion for healing with a background in fine art and performance. Her sound baths are guided by her love for music and personal intuition that create cosmic soundscapes for ultimate relaxation. Her Goddess Flow Sessions are an experience that refreshes, recharges, and provides respite for the body, mind, and soul.
