What is a Sound Bath? 

A sound bath is a form of meditation that allows the listeners to sink into an immersive experience of sounds and vibrations to induce deep relaxation while promoting healing and well-being. Tibetan Sound Bowls, chimes, and various instruments are used by our sound healing practitioner.

Glow Up @SMoCA is a series advocating for self-care and supporting wellness. It features sound baths, yoga, and other mindfulness exercises intended to encourage well-being. Each session will be led by skilled practitioners who will guide you through meditative techniques.

Melinda Milton, founder of Alora Wellness, has a passion for healing with a background in fine art and performance. Her sound baths are guided by her love for music and personal intuition that create cosmic soundscapes for ultimate relaxation. Her Goddess Flow Sessions are an experience that refreshes, recharges, and provides respite for the body, mind, and soul.
